You know that

when he really appreciate something that you spent hours to make for him,
it is indescribable!

Today's sermon was a reminder for me:
We are God's worshipper not consumer.
What's the difference between these two?
Worshipper is walk the talk, live out a Christ-like manner,
but consumer is want and demand from God, praise Him for His provisions.
It is not wrong to give thanks for the needs and dreams that have been fulfilled, it is the intentions that reflects who we are and how we portray God.
We should remember His salvation and pass the message around, by words plus actions.

Conflict, cornflake

Conflict is something we can't predict and avoid. It is tiring, but through it you can know more about yourself and another person.

A conflict that filled with love, hurtful words, sense of guilt, timidness. We often seek for peace, even the hope of the world is to live together peacefully.I really don't like conflict because I witnessed it lots during my childhood time. And when myself is experiencing conflict, I tend to take a step back, grab the faults as they were my mistakes to make sure no war to be continued or happened again. I was wrong.
I want to solve it quick, but it's just for temporary used. It's important that both sides should listen to one another before any assumption is made. Not to judge him or her before they make their further explaination.
Patient is the key to extinguish burning coals.
The more you listen, the more you can understand the feelings deep inside and their actual thoughts. We don't want to lose a relationship with worthless mouth fight, we try to redeem and make it works, if we really care for it.
I believe every normal couple fights if they truly love each other. Embrace their weaknesses for who they are and grow together in Him. We hardly change by ourselves, but by His help and our willingness, nothing is impossible. :)

Mature?

When will you grown up to be a mature person? Mature in thinking, in doing has become so important in dealing with people, especially in a relationship. You are not a little kid to be pampered but a helper to give support and help each other grow towards Christ-likeness.

You'll find secure in God and not to seek it from man. You trust that person because you put trust in God. Anyhow it takes time when you had past experiences that made you emotionally weaker.
You just have to try and try and try
What's next? Get back to His arm, tell Him that you need Him, wait upon Him to speak to you.

We don't simply fall in love, we step into it. As a Christian, we pray and search for that person. We make friends and everything begins from there. You think far until marriage, not just for the sake of someone to be with you or to occupy your empty schedule.
You seek for His guidance and you ask your parents. You are not alone in this journey.
And you will be blessed by many, on the day you both stand before the podium, where the vow is made.

Finally I got to watch Fast 7 with Mr HP! It's a good movie with awesome effects but a bit illogical for few parts. Overall, good.

Penang has been so hot recently, I guess God heard our complaints and mumbles so He gives us sky water to nourish the dry land and our dry souls :P

Going to finished my 3rd journal and I've grab my 4th one to encourage/ force myself to do quiet time more regularly. Hehe :)

Btw, I've bought a new bible from Popular using BB1M voucher since I couldn't buy my sharpieee, huhu.

No sunrise day

Who will wake up at 5am to watch the shining stars and the coming up sun?

The USM students who don't need much sleep went to SOLLAT to have picnic and enjoy sceneries at the same time.

We couldn't get to watch the sun rising up, it was blocked by the dark clouds.

The ladies, Sophia, Alie & Ivy repared food and drinks for us. So sweet of them <3

The photographers :D

Twas a great fellowship early in the morning, we finally went to Ah Lai Coffee Shop under the big tree! :D

Easter Dayyy!

I've attended the Easter Conference held by BRGH for the passed 3 consecutive days.
It was fruitful of knowing more about Jesus' crucifixion and His resurrection.
The fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ was good and fun too,
the not-so-good part was forgot to take a picture as a memory to keep.

The Theory of Everything?

One afternoon, I got nothing to do, oopss. I should say I sort of allowed myself to do my favourite thing- watch MOVIE!

Yea, I like to watch movie and drama series.
From romance genre to action, adventure, comedy...
And the movie I picked for today is The Theory of Everything

It was about the biographical romantic story of Stephen Hawking
How he met his wife and formed his theory.
He's more brilliant than Einstein, but sadly he's an atheist.
Just hope that he can discover God one day since he used to have a wife who has a strong faith.

Me, as a Christian. I doubted His presence before and in future maybe it'll happen again.
God doesn't failed to show His faithfulness and kindness to me.
Wondering how can I share my faith to others when myself is struggling with my sins.
Only through reading His words (Bible) and keep this relationship on going.
I'm not an obedient daughter of His, but I'm trying :')

It's Jesus' Birthday!

CHRISTMAS, what is Christmas without Christ?
It's not about Santa Claus, the decorations, glittering ambience, etc.
But a Saviour was born to us, and His name is Jesus =D

Let the pictures conclude how I spent my time on Christmas day:

True Love

Recently, I read a book named "Love Dare" which my roommate lent to me.
It is a good book bounded with lots of bible verses and essences in it.
It dare us to take up the challenge to love.

Love, is a choice.
If people were to ask us, "Why do you love your partner?"
We would probably say something about their good looks or personalities, such as
"He got the sense of humour, she is patient and take very good care of me, considerate.."
But what if over the course of years, your partner stopped being like what you said.
Would we still love them?

Love is not determined by the one being loved but rather by the one choosing to love.

God loves us even when He is not loved in return.
God can see all our flaws and imperfections and still choose to love us.

True love is only found in Christ alone.
A righteous man who did nothing wrong was willing to die for sinners.
Amazing love, how could it be?
Yes, you may not believe, but it happened
2000 years ago.

We love, because He first loved us. -1 John 4:19-
